- Lifetime warranty term for GAF shingles, with 50-year Smart Choice Protection Period
- 10 to 25 years algae warranty term
- Wind warranty term of up to 15 years
- Roof tear-off and disposal coverage when necessary
- 10-year workmanship coverage
- GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty
As the premium roofing warranty offered by GAF, Golden Pledge® has the same eligibility requirements as the previous options and comes with a few extras:
- Lifetime warranty term for GAF shingles, with 50-year Smart Choice Protection Period
- 10 to 25 years algae warranty term
- Wind warranty term of up to 15 years
- Roof tear-off and disposal coverage when necessary
- 25-year workmanship coverage, or 30-year workmanship coverage if you choose GAF Timberline® UHD shingles
- Multi-point checkup following the roof installation by a GAF certified inspector
